What To Bring From Home

Cabin guests should bring their own bath and beach towels—approximately two per person. Bath towels are provided for guests staying in lodge rooms and suites. We also recommend bringing groceries, personal toiletries and any outdoor or fishing gear you plan to use during your stay.

Resort Policies at a Glance

We want Heavenly Escapes Resort & Lodge to remain a quiet, family-friendly place everyone can enjoy. Here are the most important things to know before your stay:

Summer stays: Primarily Saturday–Saturday

Check-in: 4–7 PM. Please notify us for later arrivals; no check-ins after 10 PM.

Check-out: By 9 AM

Deposits: Week-long stays require 50% down; shorter stays are paid in full when booking.

Credit cards: A 3% processing fee applies to card payments.

Cancellations: Guests are financially responsible for their full reservation. Refunds depend on our ability to re-rent the unit and are subject to a $100 rebooking fee.

Guests: Please stay within your unit's rated occupancy. Additional guests are $35/person/night, and all guests must be registered. Children and babies count toward occupancy.

Visitors: Outside visitors are not permitted on resort property.

Boats: A boat lift is required to keep your boat at the docks and should be requested in advance. Availability is not guaranteed. Otherwise, boats must be loaded/unloaded and stored with the trailer in the designated parking area.

Housekeeping: Guests are responsible for dishes, sweeping/vacuuming, and taking out trash and recycling. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Smoking: No smoking inside cabins or lodge rooms.

Quiet hours: Quiet hours are observed throughout the resort.

Returning guests: Rebook before departure to receive first opportunity for the same dates the following year. Future-year reservations begin with a $100 deposit per unit, followed by 30% due November 1 and another 30% due February 1.
